At HL Entertainment, our mission has always been clear—create sustainable global opportunities for African creatives while building a digital ecosystem that supports growth, visibility, and monetisation.
Following our productive engagement on 22 April 2026, we are pleased to share progress on our Strategic Partnership with MUSIGA (Musicians Union of Ghana)—a collaboration designed to unlock new pathways for African artistes and strengthen industry-wide infrastructure.

Building a Shared Vision
The discussions reaffirmed a strong alignment between Hmusic and MUSIGA: a commitment to elevating African music beyond borders. With the official Hmusic Launch Event scheduled for 12 September 2026 in New Jersey, this partnership represents a critical step toward delivering a unified and impactful global showcase.
To maintain momentum, we are advancing plans to convene an Executive Council session with MUSIGA, where key strategic and operational elements will be finalized.
Key Focus Areas for the Partnership
The upcoming executive session will center on five core pillars:
1. Strategic Alignment
Ensuring both organizations are aligned on partnership objectives while integrating MUSIGA’s priority initiatives into the Hmusic launch programme.
2. Artiste Participation
Identifying and confirming participating artistes, alongside coordinating performances, media engagements, and travel logistics for the New Jersey event.
3. Phase 1 Implementation (May–June 2026)
Defining clear roles, deliverables, and timelines to ensure a seamless rollout of the partnership’s initial phase.
4. Marketing and Promotion Framework
Designing a robust content and media strategy to amplify visibility through the Hmusic Collaboration Program across digital and traditional channels.
5. Financial Considerations
Establishing a sustainable framework covering budgets, sponsorship opportunities, and revenue models that benefit all stakeholders.
Immediate Next Steps
To drive execution, the following actions are being prioritized:
- Scheduling an Executive Council session within the next ten working days
- Submission of artiste nominations for the New Jersey launch event
- Appointment of dedicated points of contact across legal, marketing, and artiste management teams
Driving Impact for African Creatives
This partnership is more than an event—it is a strategic move toward long-term industry transformation. By combining MUSIGA’s institutional strength with Hmusic’s digital platform, we aim to:
- Expand the global reach of African artistes
- Create new revenue streams and monetisation opportunities
- Strengthen collaboration across borders
- Accelerate adoption of digital platforms tailored for creatives
Looking Ahead

As we move closer to the Hmusic launch, our focus remains on execution, collaboration, and measurable impact. We are confident that this partnership will set a new benchmark for how African music is positioned, distributed, and experienced globally.
We look forward to working closely with MUSIGA’s Executive Council and all stakeholders to bring this vision to life.
